Antique Flow Blue Touraine Dinner Plate
Antique Flow Blue Touraine Dinner Plate
This stunning antique Flow Blue Touraine dinner plate, produced by Stanley Pottery of England in the late 1800s, showcases rich cobalt blue tones with the soft, flowing qualities collectors love. The elegant floral design is enhanced by delicate gold trim, giving the plate a refined, decorative presence.
Measuring approximately 9 inches in diameter, this plate displays beautifully on a wall or stand and makes a striking addition to a Flow Blue or English pottery collection.
Condition Notes:
There is crazing present, including a spider-shaped area of crazing on the back only. Photos of the crazing were taken while the plate was damp from cleaning to clearly show these age-related details. When dry, the crazing is barely noticeable and visible only from the reverse. There are light silverware marks, consistent with age and gentle use. No cracks or structural damage noted.
Due to age and condition, this piece is best suited for decorative display rather than use.
