Dresser Tray by HCL of France

Eye catching bold roses draw your eye to this dresser tray marked HCL France. This tray would look great on a dresser or on display anywhere in the house. On the back is the price of $8 written in pencil possibly from its original sale. This piece appears to be hand painted as there are different depths in the design (please see pic with pointer).

This tray is in very good shape. No chips or cracks have been observed. On one of the small points in rim is a rougher texture as if the glaze did not completely cover it. The base of the piece is unglazed porcelain. The back unfinished area does have some very light yellow smudges.
