Pottery Vase with Signature

This vase has a very glossy glaze and is accented with stripes of red and blue. There is a signature on the bottom.

The vase is in good condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing have been observed. There is a tiny flea bite in the glaze on the rim where it has the rough texture of the porcelain (please see pic). There is a little white spot toward to the top of the striped area. This is not a chip. It is glazed there just is not any striping there.
