Pretty Nippon Teapot

This pretty teapot is marked “Hand painted Nippon” with the blue circle and spoke stamp. It has an eye catching Art Deco style design. Soft flowers are paired with a bold black boarder design. This teapot is a smaller size.

You would never guess that this piece is over 100 years old. It is in great condition; no cracks, chips, or crazing have been observed. It does have a few marks from the manufacturing process including a drop of paint on the spout and one of the black dots look like it was touched when wet. The rest of the paint on the piece looks good and displays only minor wear.
