Stunning Hand painted Antique Plate

This is a gorgeous antique plate with wonderful details. There are moriage details, beautiful delicate violets, and a wonderful, scalloped design. The center features a portrait of a person in a pastel dress. The age of this plate is estimated. It is not marked but looks like it may have been produced in Europe.

This piece is in wonderful condition. No cracks, chips, or crazing have been observed. There may be some minimal paint loss in the dress, but it could be the dress design. Please review the close up pic.
