Vintage German Salt Glazed Pottery Pitcher – Frankfurt Am Main Souvenir

This charming vintage German salt-glazed stoneware pitcher features classic blue-gray glaze with cobalt blue accents, including a striking blue eagle crest. Along the body, it reads “Überreicht durch die Stadt Frankfurt am Main” which translates to “Presented by the City of Frankfurt am Main.”

Standing approximately 5 inches tall, this pitcher has a beautifully balanced shape with a graceful handle. It is in very nice vintage condition, showing only a couple of small manufacturing flaws typical of handmade salt-glazed pottery (see photos).
