Vintage Round Footed Floral Vase Two Handles

This is a very pretty round footed hand painted floral vase.  It has a ruffled top edge with handles on each side of it.  Flowers are pink, teal and green. 

3.25 inches tall and about 2.5 inches wide

No chips or cracks observed.
